NEW DELHI: In July, 1,000 associates or employees at the Grand Hyatt in Mumbai became the beneficiaries of a tweak in the leave policy — five-day weeks or eight days off a month. It's part of a Hyatt Hotels initiative to move to a more friendly regime on holidays.
